Day 1
On arrival at (Katra Railway Station) our Chauffer heartily greets you and assists you to transfer you to Katra Hotel. Check Into the hotel. Overnight stay at Katra. ( Dinner Included)
Day 2
Morning after breakfast trek to Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine (12 kms), You Take the Helicopter for the Shrine. (By own Payment) Ponies can also be arranged by self for the trek, return back to Katra late in evening / night, dinner and overnight stay at Katra.

Day 3
Early morning after delicious breakfast and proceed for Shiv Khori darshans of Lord Shiva en route, visit Aghar Jitto, Baba Dhansal & Nau Devi's. Return back to Jammu. Evening Drop at Jammu Railway Station for Onward Journey for Mathura. Overnight at Train Journey. (Breakfast & Packed Dinner Included)
Shiv Khori, a cave dedicated to Lord Shiva is situated in the Reasi district of Jammu And Kashmir state in India. Khorimeans cave and Shiv Khori thus denotes Shiva's cave.The holy cave shrine is situated on a hillock in Ransoo Village, the base camp. Devotees need to cover a 3 km trek on foot. It is situated about 140 km North of Jammu, 120 km from Udhampur and 85 km from Katra. It is one of the most venerated Holy Cave Shrines of Lord Shiva in the region

Afternoon Pickup from the Mathura Railway Station and Proceed for Hotel. Check into the hotel. Evening proceed for Lord Shri Krishan Janam bhoomi by walk. After darshan return to hotel and. Overnight stay at Mathura. Evening Drop at Jammu Railway Station for Onward Journey to Mathura. Overnight at Train Journey. (Dinner Included)
Day 5
Morning after Breakfast.And Drive to Vrindavan – city associated with the most revered of Hindu Gods – Lord Krishna , which is sacred being the birth place of Lord Krishna. The surroundings ‘ Braj Bhoomi ’ is where Lord Krishna is supposed to have grown up.
Afternoon visit Vrindavan , where Lord Krishna spent his childhood days , played the flute sporting with the Gopis and where Radhika pined for her lover. Visit the Govind Dev Temple – built in 1590 and a testimony to the architectural splendour of medieval India. Proceed to Rangaji Temple – Vrindavan’s longest temple constructed in 1851 with a 50 feet tall ‘ Dhwaja Stambha ’ believed to be gold – plated. Continue to Madan Mohan Temple situated near Kali Ghat , Glass Temple and the Bankey Bihari Temple – one of the oldest temples built in 1921. Evening retunr back to Mathura. Prem Mandir and chatikara Vaishnodevi temple. Overnight stay at Mathura. (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Included)

Each important edifice here represents a type by itself. Notable among them is the Diwane Khas, Punch Mahal, the Tomb of Salim Chisti, and the Buland Darwaza. to the tomb of Saikh Salim Chisti, there are various other noteworthy monuments. Birbal Bhawan is the place dedicated to one of the nine jewels of Akbar. - Booking:
- On confirmation of booking your contract is with M/s Suhana Safar Tour Operators A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end. .
- Payment:
- For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost is to be paid by you to M/s Suhana Safar Tour Operators.The deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis.
- Balance Payment:
- Balance payment is to be made 7 days prior to the date of start of services. Any booking made within 15 working days of the date of services would be considered to be a late booking and for same the full and final payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

- Arrival and Departure Policy:
- Check-In Timings: 1200 - 1500 Hours
- Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
- Check-Out Timings: 1000 - 1200 Hours
- Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability / Payment
- Extra Usage of Vehicle:
- Please note that the cost of extra usage of vehicle (cars / coaches with the driver) is not included in the services and hence extra usage of Vehicle after transfer or after sightseeing is not allowed until unless it is mentioned in the detailed itinerary / services.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Policy Regarding Cancellation / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE :
- In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows :
- 50 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
- 40 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost.
- 29 days to 20 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
- 19 days to 10 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
- 09 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 75 % of the tour/service cost
- 05 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.
- Please note -
- Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs - incase of cancellation of tour / travel services after the booking is made with us - a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.
- In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
- Please note that if booking for following period is/are cancelled, due to whatsoever reason, no refund would be made for said cancellation.
- Refund
- In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 3 weeks due to banking procedures
