Bangalore and Coorg Tour Itinerary

Day 1

Bangalore - Coorg

Upon your arrival in Bangalore station / airport, our representative greets you and assists you further. Then in a while, you leave for a five hour drive to Coorg, a traveler’s delight. As you reach Coorg, you check in to your hotel room and stay overnight.

Day 2

Coorg

This day starts with a refreshing breakfast and will be spent at your own leisure. There are different ways through which you can get the best out of Coorg. Coorg is a boon for bird watchers, the place alone boasts of being a habitat of more than 25 percent out of all the bird species in India. Also, you can explore the famous tourist spots of the town. If you want you can choose to stay back at the resort and visit the immense coffee and spice plantation in the evening. As the day comes to an end, you stay overnight in the resort

Day 3

Coorg - Kabini

After the breakfast, you check out of the hotel and leave for Kabini. This two and a half hour road trip will be something you would always look back to. As you reach Kabini, you check in at Kabini Orange Country Resort and stay overnight

Day 4

Kabini

Starting the day with tempting breakfast, you then indulge in activities at you own leisure. You can take guided nature walk and savor the aura. There also are several other options like visiting tribal village to interact with the locals and elephants, take a jungle safari or take a Coracle ride, or perhaps simply stay back at the resort and enjoy the enlightening surrounding. You then stay overnight in the resort.

Day 5

Kabini - Bangalore

After breakfast, you are driven to Bangalore airport / station to carry on with your own plans.

Booking:
On confirmation of booking your contract is with M/s Suhana Safar Tour Operators A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end. .
Payment:
For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost is to be paid by you to M/s Suhana Safar Tour Operators.The deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis.
Balance Payment:
Balance payment is to be made 7 days prior to the date of start of services. Any booking made within 15 working days of the date of services would be considered to be a late booking and for same the full and final payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

Arrival and Departure Policy:
Check-In Timings: 1200 - 1500 Hours
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
Check-Out Timings: 1000 - 1200 Hours
Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability / Payment
Extra Usage of Vehicle:
Please note that the cost of extra usage of vehicle (cars / coaches with the driver) is not included in the services and hence extra usage of Vehicle after transfer or after sightseeing is not allowed until unless it is mentioned in the detailed itinerary / services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
