Day 1

Kuala Lumpur

On arrival at Kuala Lumpur Airport, you will be welcomed by our local representative outside the customs area to meet you and take you to your hotel (Check-in time is after 3.00 pm). Enjoy the picturesque drive from the airport to Kuala Lumpur city, which takes approximately an hour. Enroute enjoy a panoramic tour of Putrajaya, designed as an intelligent Cybercity and the new federal government administrative centre. Putrajaya showcases the best Malaysian architectural design in an environmental friendly setting of beautifully landscaped lakes and parks. In the evening we proceed for an orientation tour of Kuala Lumpur city. We visit KL tower (Entrance included), Mariaman Temple, Independence Square and photo stop near the Petronas Twin Tower.

Day 2

Kuala Lumpur

Today, we proceed for a truly unforgettable and the ultimate experience in Malaysia, the Genting Highlands. Set amidst the clouds, is the world famous Genting Highlands. Feel an experience of a perfect hill station at the Genting Highlands at leisure. Enjoy the picturesque Genting cable car ride. Later in the evening, after a fun filled day at Genting Highlands, we proceed back to Kuala Lumpur. Enroute we take you for a short visit to Batu Caves, a Hindu Shrine.

Day 3

Day Free OR Day trip to Sunway Lagoon - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Today the day is free for you to explore this beautiful city on your own OR you have an option to join the suggested excursion to Sunway Lagoon Theme Park. The Theme Park offers you non-stop fun and entertainment. Have a splashing good time at the ‘Water Park’ before enjoying the fun and excitement of the ‘Amusement Park’ rides with your little ones. Go wild and interact with the animals at the ‘Wildlife Park’ and gear up for more action at the ‘Extreme Park’ before facing your fears at ‘Scream Park’. At the ‘Nickelodeon Explorer’s Oasis’ come across characters such as SpongeBob Square Pants, Dora the Explorer, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. After a fun-filled day at the Sunway Lagoon Theme Park, we drive back to our hotel.

Singapore

Today, we check out and board the coach for our journey to Singapore-The Lion City. On arrival into Singapore we proceed to our hotel and check in. The evening is free for you to enjoy the night life of this vibrant city on your own.

Day 5

Singapore

Today the day is free for you at leisure OR you have an option to avail the full day suggested excursion to S.E.A. AquariumTM along with Universal Studios. At S.E.A. AquariumTM, discover the awe-inspiring world of life in the ocean at this world’s largest aquarium. Later, we take you to the suggested excursion, the most famous Universal Studios Theme Park. This world famous Theme Park will offer you excitement and great fun, with numerous thrilling rides and unlimited entertainment. Meet the terrifying T-Rex in ‘The Lost World’, ride the world’s tallest dueling roller coasters at Sci-Fi City and witness ancient Egypt on the psychological thrill ride titled ‘Revenge of The Mummy’. After a full day of excitement and thrill at the Universal Studios we return back to the hotel.

Day 6

Singapore

Today, during a guided city tour of Singapore you will see ‘Swissotel The Stamford’ one of the tallest hotels in the world, Parliament House and City Hall. Take a photo stop at the Merlion - Singapore’s famous symbol and at The Esplanade, a 600 sq. m. performing arts center located in Marina Bay. We next visit the Sky Park at Marina Bay Sands - a stunning sky park, 57 stories above ground level! From here you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the mega metropolis of Singapore. Next, we take you for a river cruise. Relax on cruise and enjoy the scenic view from cruise. Later, visit the ‘Gardens by the Bay with Cloud Forest and Flower Dome’. This super park is a home to more than a quarter of a million of rare plants in huge domed conservatories, spanning an area of 100 hectares. Explore diverse plant life from around the world in the cooled conservatories of the Gardens by the Bay. Marvel at the 35-metre tall indoor waterfall, stroll above the jungle canopy at Cloud Forest and admire the colorful floral displays in the cool comfort of the Flower Dome. We then proceed back to our hotel.

Day 7

Today the morning is at leisure. In the afternoon we check out of our hotel and proceed to the famous Sentosa Island. Here we take one way cable car ride. Later, we take you to experience a new generation of virtual movie magic, the Sentosa 4D Show. Next, we visit the Butterfly Park, which is surrounded with lush tropical greenery, showcases the stunning beauties of mother nature. Next, we visit the famous Madame Tussauds museum. Get close and click pictures with the wax figures of famous personalities from around the world, also hop aboard the ‘Spirit of Singapore’, the first ever Madame Tussauds boat ride, and travel through the fantasy of tropical Singaporean garden. Also enjoy the 4D Marvel experience at Madame Tussauds along with Images of Singapore. Later, we visit the Trick eye Museum which will amaze you with the fabulous works. Have fun with a perfect photo destination which brings you into a 4D wonderland through the art of optical illusions. Our trip to Sentosa Island finishes as we see the fabulous light and sound show titled ‘Wings of Time’. We end our day and proceed to the airport for our flight back home. It’s time to say goodbye to all the new friends you have made. We hope you take back many happy memories of your tour. Booking:
On confirmation of booking your contract is with M/s Suhana Safar Tour Operators A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end. .
Payment:
For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost is to be paid by you to M/s Suhana Safar Tour Operators.The deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis.
Balance Payment:
Balance payment is to be made 7 days prior to the date of start of services. Any booking made within 15 working days of the date of services would be considered to be a late booking and for same the full and final payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

Arrival and Departure Policy:
Check-In Timings: 1200 - 1500 Hours
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
Check-Out Timings: 1000 - 1200 Hours
Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability / Payment
Extra Usage of Vehicle:
Please note that the cost of extra usage of vehicle (cars / coaches with the driver) is not included in the services and hence extra usage of Vehicle after transfer or after sightseeing is not allowed until unless it is mentioned in the detailed itinerary / services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Policy Regarding Cancellation / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE :
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows :
50 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
40 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost.
29 days to 20 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
19 days to 10 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
09 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 75 % of the tour/service cost
05 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.
Please note -
Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs - incase of cancellation of tour / travel services after the booking is made with us - a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
Please note that if booking for following period is/are cancelled, due to whatsoever reason, no refund would be made for said cancellation.
Refund
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 3 weeks due to banking procedures
